Yellowstone Geyser Basin
Old Faithful is not the only geyser erupting in Yellowstone National Park. This spring started erupting as I was walking around the boardwalk in the Upper Geyser Basin. Throughout Yellowstone primal colors in and around thermal features are usually formed by thermophiles or heat-loving organisms. These organisms have inhabited the earth for almost 4 billion years.
