    Reported by:

A fisherman tries to release a sand shark that he caught back into the surf of Cape May, NJ. Since he, his wife and I were about the only people on the beach due to the bad weather, we struck up a conversation. I learned that this shark was about the fifteenth sand shark that he caught on the beach that weekend (perhaps it was always the same shark, but I hope not for its sake). Fascinating to learn how many sharks are swimming around so close to the beach!
