With its charming canals and traditional character, Zhujiajiao, a small watertown close to Shanghai, attracts a lot of mostly Chinese tourists on the weekend, including many daytrippers from Shanghai. Even on a rainy, grey day, the streets were crowded with visitors. A restaurant terrace offered this vantage point of the many boats passing by.
