    Scorpions are often feared by many, nevertheless I consider the body of the scorpions a master piece of evolutionary engineering. Adapted to move in all directions and thanks to specialized sensory organs (pectines) they can sense vibration on the ground and even recognize the surface on which they are on. I was able to obtain this photo in Rainmaker nature park, Costa Rica during a night walk with a friend as we were taking macro shots of arthropods and amphibians.
