    Most people look at the Muscovy Duck and think wow that thing is weird and ugly. But.. I look at it and see the amazing colors and textures. These are by far my favorite duck to photograph. In addition they are the friendliest ducks around. I have a few that I photograph on a regular basis and when I sit down on the ground they always without fail come over to me to say hi. With the lens I typically use they actually get too close so we talk more than we photograph. Amazing birds.
