What we have noticed in the Sierra Foothills and on the Oregon Coast is that geoengineered clouds are easy to identify after you spend time observing clouds. Also, as they disippate when the sun is setting, their smudgy chemical signature is revealed. It almost looks like smoke from a fire and is not healthy for people, animals or nature, in general. Please see geoengineeringwatch.org for more information.
