After a strong dust storm, rain had just started slowly pouring in on the still hot grounds of Panna, We had good tiger sighting on the banks of Karunavati river that evening and were returning back at a brisk speed towards the exit before the full downpour could start. It was already getting dark. Suddenly we saw a young leopardess crouching on a termite mound looking out for a kill. The leopard unmoved by our sudden arrival, gave a casual look at us & continued stalking her prey.
