    It's pretty difficult to find and capture photos of these secretive but beautiful birds that live under dense forest cover. I don't usually use flash in the forest because it sometimes makes things look unnatural. A ray of sunlight opened up just long enough to pull off this particular shot without any flash. When I am out and about, my latest goal is to get as much of the bird in the frame without any obstructions.
