dance of light and shadows
The deep slot canyons, such as the Lower Antelope Canyon are usually made of soft stone such as limestone. The the force of water current from floods, caused by thunderstorms, can carve the limestones into beautiful canyons. They can be as beautiful as dangerous due to flash floods. Occasional beams of natural light shine into the canyon. This image was created as a HDR image by combining 2 bracketed images. I deliberately kept the dark shadows to create contrast and add to the drama.
