There used to be a series of TV ads about 25-30 years ago that typically showed a group of guys engaging in some "manly" activity (for example, cowboys playing cards in a saloon) while eating chips with Pace Picante Sauce. When they run out of sauce, a stranger among them raises a competitor's jar and suggests they eat it instead. (continued at photo 2/15)
