Antananarivo,Madagascar a city of close to 1.4 million but 90% of the people have no running water and have to use fire wood as fuel. This is a typical laundry day on the banks of the river.When I was there there was outrage from the people saying the president had plans to build a 300 million dollar football stadium instead of putting more money into infrastructure.
