Im staying on a farm near Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for a while and trying to document the wildlife. The land was severely degraded but the owners are now restoring the soils and planting trees and with these restoration efforts the insects come and following them the predators like this wire tailed swallow. Ive been trying to get a good shot of this species for a while and was reasonably happy with this early morning portrait.
