A beautiful and moving portrait of a patent undergoing chemotherapy. His mood which surely must be dark even in a battle to keep his face toward the light in hope is emphasized by the darkness of his surroundings. I sense from his face what it feels like to have chemo and to deal with the sickness afterwards. The portrait also captures that eternal struggle we all share in terms of facing mortality, something for which most of us are never ready. Stunning and moving photo.
