My biggest dream was to see the Yukon. Stunning landscapes, fearless wildlife, gold, etc. It was early June and I was en route to a campground when a red fox asked me to pull over. We were the only ones at the site. Its skinny shape proved the winter had been tough. I laid on the ground and took a couple of photographs. It laid down as well, yawned and fell asleep. Then, it came smiling at me before continuing its way. I love to connect with a wild animal and feel it almost wants to speak to me.
