Museum or Instagram moment
New museums seem designed for our senses and for our Instagram feeds they will inevitably end up on. This isn't a complaint, they seem to know their audience, and we eat it up. Team Lab's Borderless exhibit left me with a sense that something so visually stunning couldn't simply be experienced, it had to be captured. But as I wandred through the endless halls noticing everyone behind screens of their own, I wondered are were losing or gaining art? Capturing art within art becomes art.
And here you are creating your own unique art, that visually interprets this scene and documents this moment, forever. And you sharing your photo on Your Shot archives this 1/20 of a second on July 3, 2018 in Nishi-shibaura, Tokyo, Japan. That is so cool. I love your photo and your caption, very well done. I also put a link to an article about taking better photos in a museum from Matt Adams below.
