I thought our Pacific Northwest trip would be filled with sunsets. Little did I know the coastal weather patterns had another notion altogether. I found the dawn/sunrise periods to often be clearer than sunsets. Here is sunrise on the Pacific Ocean, as viewed from a bluff over the mouth of Kalaloch Creek in Olympic National Park.
