On my first day in Portugal, I was awakened at 5:00 AM to loud people in the hostel. Being unable to fall asleep again, I got up and went for an early morning walk. The clouds were dark and the streets were quiet. I came across the Chapel of Souls, a popular tourist destination during the day. There wasn't anyone around and I knew I had to take the opportunity to photograph this rare moment.
