The outrageous plumage of cardinals make them my favorite bird. They dart about so quickly it is difficult to catch a clear photograph of them. Each time I see one it is like a little gift. If I am lucky enough to get a decent shot it can make my day. This little guy landed on a branch in front of me for about 5 seconds - another lucky shot.
