    Seven-spot Ladybug (Coccinella septempunctata). Both the adults and larvae have ravenous appetites for aphids, thus the 7-spot ladybug was intentionally introduced to North America as a biological control agent. Of the 46 US states with an official state insect, this ladybug is the official state insect of five (DE, MA, NH, OH & TN). Very cool.
