Hiroshima is moving due to its historical tragedy, but more so today are its people who spread a never-ending chorus of peace. The city is known for its regional specialty okonomiyaki and have filled an entire 6-story building with restaurants dedicated to this single dish. The personality of these two wonderful women drew us into their establishment and made the experience enjoyable beyond words. Indeed, this portrait of them in their element capped the end of our evening perfectly: Peace!
