It was a smoke/haze free day at the lake. The smoke from wildfires in northern California made its way to the lake and my backyard. The day we visited the lake was a beautiful one. Clear blue sky reflecting on the equally blue water. The very next day, smoke obscured this Alpine lake and surrounding areas. God bless the firefighters.
