A young Elephant has a run around in the rain at Chester Zoo. It is believed around 100 are killed in ONE DAY by poachers for their Ivory and body parts. Elephants are also hunted and killed by locals because they have become a danger to their villages, damaging houses and hurting/killing people. Chester Zoo have a project planting Chile plants around villages which is enough to keep Elephants out, stopping 98% of damage in the villages and 100% of the killing of Elephants near those villages.
