Small Mongolian Town 1
When travelling away from the Mongolian capital city of Ulaanbaatar many nomadic herding families live in gers, or as they are also called, yurts, which are tents covered in felt spun from sheep's wool. But in the occasional small town homes consist of neatly set out rows of wooden houses, many of them surrounded by compound-like high fences. It was while walking along one of the equally well maintained dirt streets that suddenly a hatch door opened behind us, and out peered two young sisters.
