My sister Lonna & I attended the annual 2018 Lowell Folk Festival a week ago. She parked on one of the upper floors of the Ayotte garage, which gave me views of the city I had never seen. Looking down French Street, you can see 5 or 6 rectangular-shaped buildings, & the crowd by the white-topped tents. Those are food vendors. Lonna & I had Greek. The crowd is listening to music, playing at Boarding House park, behind the red brick building on the left. You can hear it from here.
