She loves to read. She picked this book off the list to do her assignment and if handing in a photo of her reading then she may win a prize. "The One and Only Ivan" is a magnificent book. We read this together in third grade so it was a joy for her to see it on the new list of books to choose from this year.... heading into fifth grade next week! This was all her idea. Her costume from a 4th grade father and daughter dance and wanting to read in the woods. The mosquitoes were terrible though!
