"Ich bin ganz allein" (I'm all alone, I'm left). Mrs Rosa is 90 years old and lives at an asylum. She worked in the fields, planted, plowed the earth, cut wood. Even when she was in her 50, she moved to the asylum and was a great contributor to the institution tasks. In the hours of rest, she did and still crochet in tiny dots. She learned when she was still a young girl. She said her two brothers and her two sisters are dead and that she feels completely alone.

Mrs. Rosa's resilience and pride shine in this portrait. I love the soft lighting that perfectly captures her expression and calm body language. I love that you used your caption to tell us more of her story. This is beautiful, Tati!
