Natural lights
The defining trait of Baitur Rauf Mosque is it's lack of the customary domes or towers. Each pillar tilted 13 degrees towards the Qibla. Inside the mosque one feels no adverse effect of weather, be it winter or summer. In the mosque just as one finds bright sunshine, torrential rain sets an ambiance in the monsoon. The temperature here is always controlled due to the special system for air circulation. Architect of this mosque is named Marina Tabassum, Agh Khan award winner designer.
