This is how it looks every day on fish farm Esso grande from small Croatian island Iž. This team of fishermen harvests a couple of tons of fish every morning. After harvesting they have to sort them by the size into small boxes with ice to be ready for transport and selling to big trade chain...With this way of fish farming, they protect wild fish species from the excessive catch.
