While travelling in the remote region of Kentung, Burma, we came across a traditionnal wedding in a small village. Most women wore traditionnal dresses and headdresses. Sitting away from the commotion, an old woman in a traditionnal outfit looks affectionately after a child. For me, family is about tenderness and caring about about one another. I always loved this picture because we can see these emotions portrayed on the woman's face while she carefully watches over the child.
