A glimpse of Anara which is small town in Purulia district, Bengal, India from Joychandi hilltop. Joychandi has an average elevation of 155m(509 ft). The area forms the lowest step of the Chotanagpur plateau. The general scenario is undulating land with scattered hills. This is also a rock climbing centre for adventure enthusiasts. Every year a tourism festival is held in the foothills during Christmas and New Year.
