Or actually Tears for Trees. My latest composite in my series of nature shots combined with a portrait. The forest in this shot are indigenous trees that line the Sacramento River - The City of Trees. Many trees are being cut down because they become diseased and then in drought times the branches dry up and will fall off without warning so the city has had to chop down many of our beautiful trees. It is so sad. I thought the branches in this photo appear to be tears. Mother Nature is crying.
