This picture is depicting the uniqueness of being a mother as well as the religious diversity of Bengal. It was clicked on the day of Muharram. The Muslim lady with her son went there to observe the Muharram. At the same time and the same place, the clay idols of the Hindu goddess Durga and her son Ganesh were getting prepared. I couldn't wait to take those mothers of different religions in a single frame. This shows the "unity in diversity" which my state, as well as my country, is known for.
