As my sister and I were sitting in the nursing home with my grandmother she kept thinking about the sad moments that had happened throughout her life. We tried to get her to smile talking about happy times, but she was still sad. Then, she looked at her great grandson playing with his toys, and he was trying to hand her one of his toys to her. She could not help but smile at the sweet moment. All it took was a loving gesture from her great grandson to get her to show a big smile.
