I heard the call before I saw the bird. The call was unfamiliar to me. I took a few steps back along the path to peer into the trees, and there he was sitting vulnerably on a branch. I love the green colouring of the feathers. The bird is immature. It's face feathers will eventually change shifting the bird from its baby face look to an adult.
