After spending an afternoon shooting images of visitors from all over the globe shooting images of themselves in front of L'Arc de Triomphe, I came across this family: mom sheltering under umbrella, daughter passed out on bench, while dad took photos with cell phone. Got decent photos of mom and child underneath umbrella, but it wasn't until I moved around back and dad sat down for her verdict that I felt I finally captured something both intimate and interesting.
