Rehabilitation centers here in the Philippines are not the same as in the US or other countries where the patient has everything they need. That is why sometimes we hold a feeding program to give them different kinds of nutrients. This is the watcher of one of the patients we fed. Every time I see her she always has that genuine smile that reminds me why we should always smile and be thankful no matter what our situation is because there are those that has problems much worst than us.
