The Rath Yatra of Jagannath of Puri (the source of the word "Juggernaut") is held in the eastern state of Orissa in the month of July every year. Three chariots are pulled on a 3 km long Grand Street. Millions of people throng to Puri on this day to witness the spectacle.I was wandering on the Grand Street and stopped dead on my tracks when I saw this gentleman. His eyes were bloodshot and gaze piercing. He briefly looked at me as I was about to press the shutter. He wandered off smiling.
