In this weekend’s Bank of America Chicago Marathon, more than 44,000 runners crossed the finish line. Beneath cloudy skies and spotty rain, runners wove their way through 29 diverse neighborhoods. I had a front row view as runners made their way through mine. Over the 26.2 miles, participants and spectators experienced the history, culture, and renowned architecture that make Chicago great.
