Maku'u point is known for its vibrant green moss. To reveal it, I found it best to wait until after golden hour sunrise to avoid the colours from competing and then using 10 stops of ND filter and 2 stops of graduated ND filter I was able to create a long exposure and saturate the greens and blues in the brighter sunlight after golden hour. Two surprise details of a fisherman at the back and a discarded squid bait on the rocks at the front.
