The Skater
People of Beirut are worth discovering. There are many people coming from other countries in crisis. Their lives in Beirut all by themselves are pure adventure. This is Jawhar from Aleppo. He fled Syria to avoid military duties. He is 18 and working in an aluminium factory. In the weekend he comes to Beirut promenade and does skating. He puts down those little plastic cups and zigzags. I did a good panning that worked well in the descending dark.
