Stopped into a church, Rue Caumartin
Also on Rue Caumartin, Paris next to my hotel is this unassuming 18th century church that caught my attention (it is featured in the previous shot). It was a week day at around 11:00 am and I decided to visit with my camera. To my surprise inside was an abrupt change of ambiance compared to the busy scene just a few meters away in Caumartin street (previous shot). Serene and calmly beautiful, a veritable haven for the soul. Date: Sep 27, 2018, the church is more than 200 years old!
