I've seen Black Bear cutouts on lawns in a variety of areas. I finally decided to put one up myself. Unfortunately, I could not find any place to purchase the figures. Doing an internet search, I found a company which sold a sheet that had diagrams of the bears on them. Using a carbon paper placed under the sheet, I outlined the figures to a piece of plywood. Using a jig saw, I carved out the figures. I'm glad that there weren't too many issues. I painted them this morning, and put them out.
