There are many different roads to the wine country, and this is my favorite. Like the river, the road meanders through the vineyards of wineries most people will never hear of. The scenery begs you to stop and stare, and reminds one to enjoy the journey along the way. Every day is special, and October brings its own special light. Today I stopped where the road and river meet a bit longer than usual, taking time to embrace Fall and a whole bunch of serenity.
