Ulagohosdi (ou-lah-goh-hohs-dee) Svnalei (sun-nah-lay-i) is Cherokee for fall morning. As I looked out over the mountains I couldn't help but reflect that this may of been the same view the Cherokee Indians would of had 400 years ago before Daniel Boone blazed the trail west. It seemed like a glimpse into the past, sitting here on the side of the highway undisturbed.
