    there are only about 350,000 elephants left in the world - 130,000 of these are in the beautiful nation of botswana. I wanted to shoot these magical creatures in a different light...literally. This picture was shot with an infrared converted camera adapted to only "see" infrared light. the effect creates a magical glow that fits the persona of the elephant perfectly in my opinion.
