Egg crust is a food native to Jakarta (Betawi), with ingredients of white glutinous rice, chicken eggs, ebi (marinated dried shrimp) which are roasted dry plus fried shallots, then given the spices which are mashed in the form of roasted coconut, red chili, kencur , ginger, pepper granules, salt and sugar.
