    This is an Iris spuria. It is a species of the genus Iris, part of a subgenus series known as Limniris. It has purple or lilac flowers, and slender, elongated leaves. This particular one was located in the Laking Garden at Royal Botanical Gardens located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
