Yesterday the local outdoor mall near where I live, sponsored a Pre-Halloween event where the local children could enjoy face painting, arts and crafts, pumpkin decorating and trick or treating with the various merchants. The sun was shining brightly as I stood by this walkway to photograph some of the attendees in costumes.
