The Dance of Aurora !
The Lofoten Islands, an archipelago draped across the turbulent waters of the Norwegian Sea, far above the Arctic Circle. This outpost offers one of the best locations to see the Northern Lights !
We expected to see Aurora that night as the KP index was fair around 3 and the skies were clear. It was only later we realised that the temperature had dipped to -10 deg C when we found ice freezing on our lenses and tripod legs.
