Color, smell, culture and history mix up transporting ours senses to a different time and place in our individual and collective memory. Spices have been the motor of humanity for a long time, every time i see them in markets around the world i immediately think about the explorers who roamed the planet to find new routes and markets for trading; connections were made between societies just for spices giving them an undeniable place in history as an intercultural unifier.
